At Roberts Dental Group, we have an experienced and qualified team that works alongside cosmetic dentist Justin Roberts, DDS and family dentist Olivia Straka, DDS. Each member of our team is dedicated to providing quality and compassionate patient care in a safe and welcoming environment. From the second you walk through our practice doors, we prioritize patient comfort, dental health, and overall result satisfaction.

Amanda – Dental Hygienist

Amanda has been a dental hygienist for over 22 years and an integral part of the Roberts Dental Group team for over three years. She received her dental hygiene degree from Indiana University Fort Wayne and in 2014, she expanded her knowledge and education by earning her dental anesthesia license. She enjoys getting to know all patients on a personal level and helping them not only feel comfortable, but also look forward to going to the dentist. Amanda strives to educate patients on properly caring for their smiles and encourage them to value their oral health.

Ashantae – Dental Hygienist

Ashantae graduated from the IU School of Dentistry with her dental hygiene license. Her goal is to care for patients while providing small, personalized tips they can implement in their daily lives to improve oral health. To help patients with dental anxiety and create a relaxed environment, Ashantae is dedicated to bringing kindness and compassion into each appointment.

Tina – Dental Hygienist

Tina has been a dental hygienist for 16 years and has trained in the use of nitrous oxide with a local anesthesia license. She previously spent 12 years as a dental assistant and earned her degree from the IU School of Dentistry Dental Hygiene program. Her goal is to help every patient feel comfortable during their appointment by helping them understand their smile conditions and developing individualized treatment recommendations for optimal oral health. Tina prioritizes remaining up to date on the latest changes, products, and procedures in the dental field and enjoys working alongside those who have the patient’s best interests at heart.

Wendy – Dental Hygienist

Wendy has been working in the dental field for 28 years, with that experience including a degree from University of Southern Indiana and an anesthetic license she earned in 2014. She greatly enjoys helping the patients at Roberts Dental Group develop healthy smiles and being surrounded by team members who, like her, invest in their own personal growth to be the best version of themselves for their patients.

Ada – Dental Assistant

Ada has worked in the dental field for 16 years and enjoys working with people who are passionate about dentistry and caring for every patient. In addition to school training at Ivy Tech Community College, she has earned credentials as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. Her patient care philosophy involves compassion and connecting with patients.

Jodi – Dental Assistant

Jodi has been a dental assistant for 30 years and a member of the Roberts Dental Group team for two years. She appreciates the opportunity to help patients with their smiles and educate them to help them make the best decisions about their teeth. Jodi also enjoys providing comfort to patients who are having a hard time when visiting the dentist.

Brittney – Dental Assistant

Brittney began her career as a dental assistant with Roberts Dental Group three years ago, having previously earned a Dental Assisting Associate of Applied Science from Ivy Tech Community College. She enjoys collaborating with the Roberts Dental Group team on providing quality patient care and making a positive impact on patients’ lives through oral health care. Brittney helps prepare for procedures, assists our dentists, helps educate patients, and provides them with moral support.

Emma – Dental Assistant

Emma recently began her career as a dental assistant and earned Expanded Functions Dental Assistant credentials from Ivy Tech Community College. As a dental assistant, she helps out on multiple procedures, sterilization, and charting. Emma enjoys connecting with patients and helping them feel comfortable during their appointments.

Laura – Front Desk Administrator

Laura has been with Roberts Dental Group since the practice opened in 2015 and has over 34 years of dental insurance and financial experience. One of her favorite things is getting to personally know the patients. In her free time, Laura enjoys traveling with her husband, hiking, biking, and spending time with her nine grandchildren.

Alisa – Insurance Coordinator

Alisa joined the Roberts Dental Group team in 2022 and helps patients determine their insurance benefit coverage. She is happy to help all patients and answer any questions they may have. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, traveling, camping, and kayaking.
